Meaningful connections through Art
We believe that art is not a goal, but instead a window that creates an urge in people to look beyond. Flowers on exhibit, are only a medium to the real fragrances offered in nature; somewhere hidden in the rose the Creator calls.
Mazda, which comes from the Zend-Avesta means Divine and Art is anything that expresses the Divine in its most subtlest form; saying the Lord's name using but art as a medium to express it - that's MazdaArt.
At Mazda Art we create those meaningful connections through art, to celebrate India’s cultural tradition and showcase the emerging artists from India – with the world. We work in the art space collaborating with Artists, organising Art Exhibitions & Art festivals, leveraging technology to create an online platform for Art and supporting Art Education by way of Grants & Sponsorship.
The Sound of Om is our very truth, is our very being. We are made of it. The whole existence vibrates & through different vibrations of the same sound there are different things, but they are simply different vibrations. A certain vibrations creates a tree, another vibration creates a bird, another vibration creates a man; the whole existence according to the mystics is made of sound. This sound is certainly the most sacred, the most divine because there is nothing more beautiful, nothing more ecstatic. Once you have heard it, even from far away.... just a glimpse and you will never be the same person again.
Dilnawaz was born (1978) into a Parsee family in Hyderabad, India and her childhood memories mostly recall spending time in nature and being fascinated by huge rocky boulders that surround the terrain.
Later, in her career she took on as a 2D animator, which rapidly exposed her to several artists - humble, hidden gems of India. Ignited by this group of like minded people & drawing inspiration from the likes of Van Gogh, S.H. Raza and many more, she embarked on her journey of colors, brushes and palettes. Besides working with oils, acrylics & pen, she prefers watercolors to work with as it is more transparent, flowing, spontaneous & quick.
Dilnawaz has also completed her studies from London Art College England, and runs a studio in the day.
